Likes

Accenture is a nice organisation provided its salary and other benefits. There are so many learning programs as well. Promotions are provided on time for the deserving ones provided you need to inculculate the required skills for that level beforehand and prove yourself worthy.

The work pressure and disbalance of personal and professional life.

Provide both side cab and cab facility is very good.

Dislikes

Worst salary and over workload. You are expected to work all the time even if you are not well. But you can not expect any appraisal otr promotions here. Handling the whole process alone and still my salary is below 20k. You can't ask for leaves because they have no bandwidth to handle process. Even if you are dying you will be asked to work. They negotiate even for bereavement leaves.

In today's fast paced and automation driven work culture, 9½ hours long shift is too long, organisation should consider reducing it to 8 hours per day (inclusive of break) for better work-life balance.
