Transport facility and Job Security is a plus point of Accenture. Also the internal transfer is also very smooth. You will get WFH but it's depends upon the department you are working. Management is really helpful for your career growth. Note ; If you get hired by Accenture and you want to resign after working for some months or years for whatever reason. Then start your own business or Do freelancing because Accenture is an best MNC you can work on. There is no point choosing another MNC over Accenture. Just a personal opinion

...Some process are not good enough to gain a skill you will learn nothing from it. After sometime it's feel like you are doing it just for salary. 4) Almost zero national holidays which is acceptable according the work you have.

... from other deal.Healthcare deal did not give us respect especially upper level.Their is no promotion and salary good receiving till now.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow. They don't allows any leave even in case of emergency if you take leave they make you compensate for that day.
