No salary hike from last 2 years and No promotions at senior levels inspite of client appreciation. Poor Work Life Balance. No work satisfaction.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming aracade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I did not find anything that I liked worked in Accenture.

...ork extra. Even if you voice it out, no body cares and keep giving lame excuses. Overall poor salary as compared to work you will have to do. If you are working on new technologies it’s your responsibility to get the work done without any training support at all and this is my experience and my peers experience across Accenture. Every talk is just talk no body cares for mental health, work life balance, appreciations, I don’t want to get into working style; on open platform but did not like it as well. No transparency.

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years
