No promotions, Toxic work culture with micromanagement on employees, No Bonus. NO SALARY INCREMENT since last 2 years. I'm working here since 2015. A 9.5 hour shift that too rotational with no Night Shift allowance benefits. Complete Biasedness towards Male employees. Those who do Chaaplusi to higher levels they get promoted easily. They expect us what extra we can offer to the company apart from the 9.5 hours shift. I mean you hired me for the agreed company policy working hours then what extra Chaaplusi work I must do to reduce your burden with no monetary benefits? It's my majboori that I've to stuck in this company with No salary promotions and Females are treated as very Fairly. Attrition rate is on a higher side. They don't promote internal employees but hire new experienced from outside of company with triple the package of ours.

Please confirm your process before joining, i am in google process and believe me it’s terrible. You will be in great problem if you guys join google process, work life balance is terrible and skill development is almost negligible. The work here is not that much difficult but still it’s very difficult to maintain scorecards because of the senior management rules. Even senior management know that it’s copy paste work from the google ads recommendations and after a year of hard work they will offer 1-7% increment, usually it is 4%. Be cautious of 10 hrs of work also and it will be get stretched 1-2 hrs

Good work life balance along with hybrid work method.

Dislikes

They hire less people than required and put pressure on the existing people. One person has to do the work of two persons which is quite stressful with the bare amount of pay. They do micromanagement checking each hour how much work have you done. If they're not satisfied with the work, you have to tell them the reason why you weren't able to do.

Company is gud but not the Accenture india.. working here only because I don't have any other option yet

Accenture india works totally differently than other branches of it .. they pay much much less to Indian employees.. your work schedule as per offer letter will be 9hrs including lunch.. but u have to give 10 hrs to them.. i cannot take vacation leave even if i have enough leave balance.. they talk alot about work culture and mental health but they don't follow 1% of it.. Sharing my experience here.. once i was having a very hectic week.. work + travel because of family work.. and i just wanted a day off .. i told my manager i am not in the condition of working, i am very tired and because it's night shift i cannot do it today.. but he did not allowed and told me that BUSINESS MUST NOT BE IMPACTED IN ANY SITUATION..

...at support career growth. No subsidized coverage for parents medical insurance. Joining bonus will have to pay back, if employee resigns from the company within 18 months.
