You will not get the work in the field in which you are interested, they themselves will assign you in the particular field and you have to be get trained in that field only, no option left for you. There was no unity in my project team, I don't know about others but mine was worse.

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net.
