Got Offer from TCS!
Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

People are supportive here. It also depends on your team. I am fortunate to get a very supportive team. WFH assistance of 18k provided in the beginning to equip your wfh setup. Infrastructure is good. Overall better than other service based companies.

...ions and hikes delayed for a particular year quoting company’s revenue not good. I have received no salary hike since I joined. Don’t know about other teams.

Dislikes

Salary is quite less if WFH ends. Hectic working hours. Somedays you might have to work for 12 straight hours. Understanding policies are quite tough and transparency is not good unless you ask every details in specific.

Dislikes

Variables: it will show very high like 21%, 27% etc. but will credit like nothing. Will receive a amount which is out of the least imagination. Promotion: not a big fan of Accenture, if you’re holding an offer also they will promise you this and that & result/ outcome will be complete dissatisfaction.
