Work culture is not at all good. 1 person is doing work of 3 person No reward/increment for the hard work A huge amount of CTC is declared as variable pay Sometime it seems that management is doing partiality

Chilled out work environment Work from Home Good increment for joinee right after college Good resource for self paced learning

Dislikes

Promotion/Appraisal are not deserve basis but need basis. will stagnate growth after 3 years both in terms of hands on project opportunities and compensation. Values the banner and showcasing the work and not the actual work. Sometimes upper management can be sterile to favours and bias.

Likes

Salary and the sign on bonus are the only good things here in this company.

Dislikes

Management treat the employees as slave and always wants the employees to work extra hours without extra pay. Also they expect people to attend training session on weekends without extra pay. No leaves are provided. Leave policy is just for name sake. Employees are forced not take breaks and unless you fight daily you won't be able to take breaks. Either fight for breaks or work without taking it. Pathetic company to work for and toxic work culture with great micromanagers.

I don't know about Direct payroll Employee but Third Party Vendor persons no any persons are satisfied to work here but working like as timepass not family growth, financial growth and career growth.

Because salary is not increased of Third Party Vendor persons.

They provide good salary comparatively but they are going to give you 3x work for that.

Dislikes

A lot of issues in the company: Bad work culture. Worse politics and leads They will not even let you breathe properly.
