Some of my friends working in support project, there is no Learning scope. Better get placed in development project. And Sometimes, if you work more and they give more and more work and also, you have to do other unrelated work as well(sometimes). So, better work at a given pace, learn and maintain your Work Life balance.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.
