...especially when working on client projects that follow a strict methodology. 11. **No Salary Increment for Several Years**: Some employees have reported not receiving a salary increase for an extended period (e.g., 3 years or more). This can lead to dissatisfaction, especially when job performance and company growth do not seem to be reflected in compensation adjustments. 12. **Extended Working Hours**: Although the standard working hours are supposed to be 9 hours, some employees report being required to work 9.5 hours, leading to frustration and a sense that the company is demanding more time without appropriate compensation or recognition for the additional hours. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST COMPANY EVER SEEN.

I have been working in Accenture (non IT) for almost 4 years. Its a good place when you get good colleagues and not more.Some managers are helpful,you can enjoy when the project goes smoothly.They provide 2 ways cabs for everyone. It's good to the people who got into Accenture with experience.

1. You gonna work alot but can't earn when you joined as a fresher , base pay is too low around 11k take home and basic hike will be 5 - 10% sometime 0% 2. If you are in pilot process you will die as the lead will pressure you. 3. They gonna give shift like anything, rotational, early morning, night and *no shift allowance at all* 4. No allowance for food some deal have ₹45 daily allowance but most don't have. 5. They will ask you to do OT on weekends 😑

...nt/team escalations, no work life balance because of bi-weekly rotational shift. No promotion on time and worst annual bonus.

.... Wrost culture recently 4years. No benefits to employee only thinking business.( No promotion, no hike , no quarterly budget, no dinner party and shocking news to give tea treat from management to employee they are thinking. Think how much wrost ).
