No Promotions and Appraisals Very bad project management Work is not distributed rationally. Some people work very hard and for long hours and some work very less and take huge salaries without putting any efforts

Too much process and keeping customer at the top always. Not bear single mistakes even fire for critical mistakes. Too much fake trainings Variable is about 30 percent and even we will get half of it

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.
