No work life balance, If you are in support project life will be worse, stupid managers, Every time they will threaten they will put you in pip

Compensation they offer is good. Work culture is good apart from some managers which is I believe is same in all service based companies. Office places are nice. See con's for canteen services. Good company to work when ur old and want minimal work. But this again depends on the project u get.

Accenture BDC7A/B Offices can't accommodate canteen services for the employees they are calling to office. I literally have to spend 1hr for just getting fried rice which tastes awful. Rest no in campus shuttle services. I have had to walk 2 kms from gate to Office premises every time I visited office that too in scorching heat. I could opt for cabs, but they come to pick up 4 hrs before shift and will pick you up 1-2 hrs after shift. I felt like I am only visiting my PG for only 4 hrs of sleep.

I am working since last 6 years in this organisation but compensation and salary which this organisation provinding is very low..

Always work load will be there but we will not receive salay s per current market

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
