I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

If you ever being placed in Accenture, don't plan to move out. Bz more than salary, job security and good work culture matters. And there are very less organizations to provide those two like Accenture.

Teriffic politics for high level promotion. Favoritism. No use of your skill, it depends on project requirement you need to work on any technology.it.may be non-technical.

Regarding salary depends on project delivery lead. There is no role of HR inany aspects.there is nothing as such innovation. There is drama/show up of talent. Worst quality resource working in whole ATCI. No onshore opportunity for honest resources.
