Accenture is one of the Major MNC’s where an IT-Employee can work securely and can have believe in their Job is secured and Career & Technical skills will be groomed under where which the projects are in.

Dislikes

Career growth in means of designation will be slow and pay scale in means of hikes/appraisel will not be as expected though the delivery is upto the mark

I did not find anything that I liked worked in Accenture.

...ork extra. Even if you voice it out, no body cares and keep giving lame excuses. Overall poor salary as compared to work you will have to do. If you are working on new technologies it’s your responsibility to get the work done without any training support at all and this is my experience and my peers experience across Accenture. Every talk is just talk no body cares for mental health, work life balance, appreciations, I don’t want to get into working style; on open platform but did not like it as well. No transparency.

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years

promotion policy, promotion should happen in more than 3-4 years... not les than it

Salary is processed on time. Good benefits for women , long maternity leaves . No such likes

Make you work 30 mins extra than the paid time . On Time and expenses , you’ll have to mention your shift for 9 hours , but in the roster it will be for 9.5hours. Overwhelmed with work all the time , no opportunities to upskill. If you perform well in a team, you’ll be stagnated as the Team lead will try with his dear life to keep you slogging at the same place. Experiences are subjective, but to speak generally about the company, for Indians, they’ll make you slog like a donkey. If you underperform for some time, they’ll put you on PIP and throw you out of the company
