Management, Colleagues and Work culture. No work life balance. Dominating culture. They expect us to be professional but they won't be professional with you. Low grade knowledge transfer.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

We got paid on time.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market

Dislikes

Work life balance is totally a myth, no growth in terms of salary for last two years
