There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our isues. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow

Some leads and people are supportive, work culture is good until you are performing well and not going to office daily.

Dislikes

... are going to office daily get ready for the corporate politics, toxic managers. They hire alot for operations role but don't provide any night shift allowances, salary is very less, almost no growth, no extra benifits. You will feel demotivated and feel stuck if you are loyal employee to a company.

...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

Pays good Salary that's it appartment from it I didn't find much

Dislikes

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company
