...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Everything is to dislike here, no job security, management politics, no hike promotions, expect you to work 24*7 at lowest possible salary. Hiring people but not care about existing people.

...a good team & project than you would love to work in this company fir years. I left this company just for compensation thing otherwise very good in everything.

Promotion & Salary hike was not that good in the team which i was part of. Apart from this everything else is too good.

Its an awesome company to grow personally and professionally. Tremendous growth opportunities for employees. Trainings are awesome, projects are great and leadership is also awesome and this helps you to grow horizontally and vertically as well.

Dislikes

Only Shifts are the case but they pay well during shifts. Especially in night shifts.

Good Company Culture Salary and other perks are certainly better than the other organisations. Focus on learning and development

Dislikes

The work life balance may vary on the project and your manager. It's not same for all employees. I had a terrible experience managing my personal life due to so many hours of work even after my shift was over. Lack of recognition is another thing which managers generally ignore or simply don't know who is doing what which is important to recognise or appreciate someone.
