...ations for women employees to be promoted ahead of a deserving male candidate. Variable Pay is only for the sake of it, you hardly ever get any proper variable pay bonus. Hikes are 0-4% on an average. One time bonus/loaning leaves are all marketing gimmicks created for a good PR.

Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?
