Work Culture wise better than Indian counterparts. Work is also better. Compensation is at par market standard. But still lagging behind on getting projects in latest technologies. Skill development portion is not upto the mark. Also hiring policies is worst. Such a big organization and pathetic HRs.. Overall 3.5/5

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

Dislikes

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.
