1. I have been told that the work environment varies from project to project, so there might be projects where the environment is not as friendly. 2. Number of leaves is a little lower than some other places, but great work life balance compensates for that.

...st one assest to be handled by HR i.e people and even in that they are worse. 2.Variable pay is another area which is really bad, its a total scam, do not fall for it, When negotiating always ask for higher fixed pay. 3.Managers are not very supportive in many scenarios with all fake/diplomatic promises and behaviour. You may once believe fake news but never an Accenture manager, specially the higher ones.

Projects are good, you can learn a lot, compensation is good but you might get stuck in promotion as you go higher up, till manager you can get easily promoted in 3+3 beyond that 4+ to senior manager and beyond senior manager forget about being MD, you will be handed new new roles. Depending on team you might get stuck in politics

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
