Growth and promotion scope is not much. Accenture will good compensation at the of joining. After joining internal growth is very slow, it’s mostly 0 to 7 increments range.

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

Dislikes

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion
