Dislikes

Salary not up to the standard compared to work. Very poor leadership and management. Poor Functional Managers and Tech leads (Not very skillful) Poor Canteen facilities. Leaves and Holiday Policy. Promotion/Appriasal is below par.

Likes

Accenture provides work from home for 1-2 week but managers will surely not approve it.

Dislikes

You will find worst managers here, daily we have to work 15+ hours and also on weekends without any compensation benefit. The whole management is messed up

Likes

The company culture is good, Lot of learnings here. Free certification drives for Cloud. Food is improved a bit in cafeterias. Inclusiveness and gender diversity is excellent. If you like events and food then you are in right place.

Dislikes

Pay is less as compared to market, Increment is less, Management is not good in terms of project. Query resolution is slow in HR and Job Referral system is broken. Politics is deeply rooted so work smart not too hard. Work life balance is almost none in most of the Client based projects.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Dislikes

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
