Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

Work culture is not at all good. 1 person is doing work of 3 person No reward/increment for the hard work A huge amount of CTC is declared as variable pay Sometime it seems that management is doing partiality

Dislikes

Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.
