Not any dislikes at my previous company but, I want job change any other good company because of good package and good work place.

The pay here is very good compared to other companies.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic. People will try every possible way to pull you down. The efforts of a person are ignored when it comes to promotion. Managers will choose their dear ones over the ones who have worked day and night to complete the targets. Lot of politics involved.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

Org is Serious about quality of client delivery. Salary and hikes are better than peers. Promotions based on work

Dislikes

The culture has diluted over last 15 years. Its not the Accenture that it was 15 years back.. HR has no say now and its all senior management driven
