Salary and the sign on bonus are the only good things here in this company.

Dislikes

Management treat the employees as slave and always wants the employees to work extra hours without extra pay. Also they expect people to attend training session on weekends without extra pay. No leaves are provided. Leave policy is just for name sake. Employees are forced not take breaks and unless you fight daily you won't be able to take breaks. Either fight for breaks or work without taking it. Pathetic company to work for and toxic work culture with great micromanagers.

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

Dislikes

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
