I like that I am an important part of the organization. The work culture is good. I get salary and leaves and other benefits on time. There are opportunities to unskill.

I dislike the fact that there are very less opportunities for IJP. The workload is high most if the time.

Salary is processed on time. Good benefits for women , long maternity leaves . No such likes

Dislikes

Make you work 30 mins extra than the paid time . On Time and expenses , you’ll have to mention your shift for 9 hours , but in the roster it will be for 9.5hours. Overwhelmed with work all the time , no opportunities to upskill. If you perform well in a team, you’ll be stagnated as the Team lead will try with his dear life to keep you slogging at the same place. Experiences are subjective, but to speak generally about the company, for Indians, they’ll make you slog like a donkey. If you underperform for some time, they’ll put you on PIP and throw you out of the company

...ure understand and thinks about their employee providing all sorts of benefits .Even during the pandemic situation the company assured benefits and given bonus .Company gave good appraisal and it was on time .

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.
