...n put you in any project - it doesn't matter if it matches your skills or not. I'm terms of compensation, 27% is variable. In my career of 10+ yrs, Accenture was the worst organization I've joined.

Career progression is slow, Market correction in salary should happen for an employee who associate since long time.

Some leads and people are supportive, work culture is good until you are performing well and not going to office daily.

... are going to office daily get ready for the corporate politics, toxic managers. They hire alot for operations role but don't provide any night shift allowances, salary is very less, almost no growth, no extra benifits. You will feel demotivated and feel stuck if you are loyal employee to a company.

...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition
