I'll never recommend anyone to join accenture. Horrible work culture, negligible work/life balance, micro management. In addition, they just hire you and then put you in any project - it doesn't matter if it matches your skills or not. I'm terms of compensation, 27% is variable. In my career of 10+ yrs, Accenture was the worst organization I've joined.

1. They give you a lot of opportunities to upskill their workforce. 2. Raise are good. 3. Company’s work culture is quite good. 4. If you work, you will be rewarded unlike other Companies in India where one fault will be deliberately found to lower your appraisal amount.

Various projects, diversified projects and opportunity but no use due to management politics

Project was new but manager was involved in unnecessary politics, micromanagement, back biting worst culture and HR is puppet for management.
