...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are faire and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Recruitment process is Little bit slow. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
