Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion
I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain. I would appreciate suggestion: Whether I should wait until June or start looking for better option or if you have something else please tell me in comments

It's a good place for job security and work environment but the basic pay is low for current situation and the shifts are mostly like night shifts in healthcare ,the work pressure is depends upon the team you're gonna work in Accenture but overall Accenture is a best place for long term growth ......

Sometimes i had to work like 13 hours a day due to high volume on certain periods,and there s no short term growth in Accenture on your career and salary basis , there's no bonus on festival times

The company is based provider service for client.Iam working on provider data validation process in the company.working environment is good and they work tool based process is alos there for time saving .work life is best in our company and my colleagues are comes various background to work here and we happily work in collaboration.

Accenture is the worst corporation in the world, with no raises and everything being a lie; they will promise you but will not deliver, yet we may expect at least 2 to 3%, which they will not do... In my experience, HR is the worse; they will not follow through on anything once they mention benefits, but HR also lies at Accenture. Please do not join Accenture... The absolute worst company. They do not follow any of the conventions of other multinational corporations. ACCENTURE IS A WASTE COMPANY.
