Am I getting Lowball offer?
I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

Initially it was working remotely.

Dislikes

They will make you work 15 hours and pay u according 9 hours. They do not appreciate your efforts and never acknowledge. Language politics is super strong. You are just a resource to them. You might work under people who have only worked at 1 company that is Accenture. Overall skill development is 0

Getting salary ON TIME. Manager was good and supportive at all times. WFH for my department was available. Parties that are organized at awesome locations/restaurants/hotels

Dislikes

No appraisal in 3 years. However received after 3 years but it was a meagre %, if inflation is accounted it cannot be called a hike. Too much of work and no work life balance. Expectation of being available for an average of 12-14 hours , atleast in my department, not sure of others. -However it is the norm at almost all IT companies.But it is a con if company cannot realize and is always chasing to meet targets and numbers then it is a con for the employee.
