Only pros here is salary and benefits. Pay package is good as per market standards. Their cliets and technology used is overall good. Both side pick up and drops for employees.

Company culture I feel not good. Office politics are highest. Only few people are full of work while other people are free. Management are Biased. Sometime work and life balance is really terrible. Sometime you need to work on holiday and Saturday sunday also depending on the project. Some people gets work from home while others are not.

Lots of salary benefits and if u prove urself for sure u will be benefited.and internal and external moments and learn new skills and knowledge..

Every company does have politics here as well but apart from it an individual work is accurate and efficient no one can stop ur growth and get recognised by client definitely help ur career...

Accenture is a good place to learn new skills. they are priorities women safety providing the cab facility doorstep. There will be a decent hike on every appraisal.

Maximum Salary hike would be grate if we get the hike % based on our performance.

Very worst experience as they don't treat the employees well also very much attitude, partiality towards employees and how much efforts we put its highlighted badly only not reflected in a positive manner.

There is no bonding with management. The salary is decent but in Variable portion they are giving standard and less variable pay.
