10% EWS people are the dominating ones in this company. No recognition for hardworking and smart employees. They will extract work until you exhaust and give promotion to their set of people. There are many senseless managers here who are not even eligible to be part of this organisation, and is surving here just because they belong to that 10%. Always I use to work 16 - 20 hrs a day. Also, need to support weekends too. No will take action on those ruthless managers. I had to cover up the work of the inefficient employees.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
