... on partiality, religious, managers do favour only for those whom they like.....focus only on cost cutting... Humanity and values for persons education is disappeared nowadays, due to this could not stay, got depressed, disappointed and left the company after serving 10 years...2007 to 2017..

...Managers, not at all a Good place for a person who is having more experience,... Focus only on cost cutting, they need people only till the process is stabilized, just like until they reach top level, they need ladder, later they will throw., just like tissue paper..

If you want to work in the environment of latest technology go for Accenture..Good compensation with best variable benifits.

Variance in promotion hike..some people can get upto 30 % and for some they only give 10 to 15%

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
