The only thing i like about this company is, at the time of project ramp down, Accenture make sure the resource is placed in some other project instead of removing from the company.

Dislikes

...od relationship with managers to get appraisal or promotion like level movement.Salary increments are also not impressive. No other company has so long working hours (10 Hrs).I hardly get time to spend with my family. Dealing with transport department in this company is a nightmare.In 24*7 projects, there wont be any holiday even for public holidays like Dasara and Diwali.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
