Best company to start ur job with.. there are many perks.. like if u have hot skills then u will get extra bonus amount for that.. this company will motivate u at each phase to do better in ur personal and professional life

Work environment is really good but it depends on projects also you have job security here which is subject to your hard work you are putting into the project. You have also innovation tower at bengaluru location. You have average growth here in terms of salary/hike. But you have good opportunity for the onsite that also depends on your attitude, hardwork towards work. So, its a great organization to starts with. I am very lucky that Accenture gave me opportunity to showcase my talent here. Thank You Accenture.

Hike percentages & promotions delay. They give decent salary but somewhere I felt that at some point.
