Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

... our daily job is out standing and really of great help and interesting as well. As usual like general people I just got disappointed with its compensation and promotion policies. Otherwise I would somewhere say that is also sometimes not a problem when we are happy and balanced and cool with our daily job works growth etc here.

Good work life balance, good working environment, comparatively higher salary, free cab service, WFH facility

No additional increment, bonus or incentive apart from salary. Nothing much to learn. Very odd shift timing & each shift lasts for longer period. Poor stakeholder management

Internal Audit department of Accenture is good in teams of learning. Pay is relatively better than BIG 4 All team members are CAs & belongs to BIG 4.

Senior Management is biased. The communication & feedback is one way. Work life balance is poor. Lack of recognition & appreciation.

...f their porridge once the need is over. No job security. Zero work-life balance. Peanut compensation and hikes. Absolutely worthless.

Dislikes

Everything. Company policies are beautiful but the executors are using all of these for their advantage to secure their respective jobs and not at all helping the people in career building. No motivation. In short, the rich is getting richer and the poor is getting poorer. Sad!
