Adjacent parking with no signs for even and odd day parking. Crowded canteens, salary deductions for late coming 2 days a month,no work from home options.

Of lately salary hikes are not given and variable pay what they mention in the offer letter and what we get on hand is completely opposite

Salary package for freshers is a bit less .. financially it is difficult to manage the expenses from our salary specially when one is working in a big city and he/she is a fresher.

Most of it, it's been almost 5 months and yet not received welcom kit. While i can see everyone in linkdin posting with their welcome kit. Not consistent for all employees and depends on project.

...en if they do, they will say the exact same thing the manager told them to do. There is a big pay gap between IT and non IT. Compensation is very low.
