No Appraisal for fiscal 22-23 and appraisal not yet started for this Fiscal year. Promotions are delayed. Lack of transparency from Management which is common cause of concern in the industry.

If you work for long then won't get decent hight. But you work for 3 years and go out for 2 to 3 years and come back then will get more salary comparing to people who working in the same company for long.

...ifically lead and above with more experience are treated badly with more stress. No hikes or variable pay no OT.

Every company does have politics here as well but apart from it an individual work is accurate and efficient no one can stop ur growth and get recognised by client definitely help ur career...

... very rude and annoying. You will not get solution from them ever.worst company.they are trapping employee by giving variable pay option but actually it will not created even half of it and while leaving Accenture you will not get variable pay.
