Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

Low pay below industry average. Single digit or no hikes Very slow promotion if not in development Get stuck in highly Specialised tech stack, very difficult and time consuming to try new things

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.
