No joining bonus and No relocation bonus which were given to other candidates on same career level, Rules should be equal for everyone. Before Joining recruiter informed me that he will be giving relocation bonus but later that was also not provided.

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.
