Absolutely Nothing other then the free perks like lunches, donuts, swag etc

...plaining we could not get their job plus our own completed within a 14 hour day. They then forced us to work on weekends without pay to get our management duties completed for our teams. Manager would take credit for everything even if they didn't have a clue what they were taking credit for. Management & Hr would dismiss workplace harassment complaints about clients and staff by sweeping it under the rug. Also was told to disregard HR's recommendations or requests and told if you don't grow up or like it to find work elsewhere. Management would bad mouth and degrade employees in meetings to other managers and make up reasons to fire employees they didn't like. My HR representative was best friends with my direct manager and would hide, fire and laugh about complaints made about the direct manager. This company is a soul sucking, toxic workplace that will literally make you want to jump out your office window because they will take all the joy and light out of your life and will destroy your relationships and life outside of work. Just another cog in a broken machine... Up yours EL & Accenture!!!!

Salary was good, office space and the food facilities. Child care facility was provided.

Too much of politics within team, If you make Manager happy then you would be happy, that's the simple mantra told to me by the head of the team. No ethics, a manager can scream at you and even if you complain, nothing would be done. Too many unnecessary policies

They provide good amount of trainings and certifications, their book portal you can find thousands of e books from good authors are available

...cessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Salary is par with standards, however don't trust the variable pay. You might not even receive 20 or 30 percent variable pay. Apart from salary everything is way below par of market. Horrible place to work

No respect, no work life balance, no feasiblilty, no team work, no skill development, basically no ethics. Nothing is good here

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.
