A decent salary and they provide very good level of training to the freshers. But the task is getting into the right project, this is where everyone failed as a fresher.

No appreciation for the efforts and less compensation. As per my experience, there is no proper management for promotion and appraisal. No work-life balance while working from home. Skills are underutilized. For ASE they offer a package of 450k, the fixed is 383k and you will get 28k per month in hand after the deduction.

Hr management and managers are too worst in the Accenture. Even if u select one stream in training there is no guarantee that u will be allotted to that stream and also here there is no chance to select project they will directly allot in the project if u are not ok in that project then it is not easy to get roll off from that project and now comes the drama then manager, people lead and hr will play games and if you try to raise voice then they will charge some actions against u without your fault. I am saying not every one are like these but u can see many types of toxic culture in Accenture I highly recommend not to join as a fresher work life balance is also too worst.

Good compensation as compared to competition, work life balance is decent. Extra pay for on-call, weekend work. Culture is also very good, people are very helpful.

Mostly support projects so not good growth opportunities, if you have big aspirations for the development side. They'll make sure you keep working on these projects.

...centure is good as long as you are not fresher / or have no hope in your future. Compensation is very slow and less. Takes 2 years to see any increase. my suggestion is to join in later stages in your life when you want to settle down.
