I am working in Accenture since last 2 years. I am satisfied with this company. I worked with many others companies but I observed very less politics in Accenture. Hikes also good. Overall I like this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is moderate. Variable pay you will get only 30 to 40%.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
