Good work environment and culture, supportive leadership. There is huge caffeteria,cab facilities,gym,snack corner. Multiple opportunity to showcase or prove yourself apart from normal delivery work. Lots of learning opportunity.Employee can enroll in share purchase program of accenture where they can get additional monetery benefit. Almost all the external certification of technologies are reimbursible be it cloud certigicatio,ML,AI,Agile etc.

Dislikes

There is slow growth in terms of salary hike, earlier it showed very good growth in hikes but with time rate of hike is not satisfactory

- Skill development and learning new skills - Providing facilities for WFH & Covid kits - Salary on time - Foreign clients are helping and they appreciate work.

Dislikes

... shift allowance / No extra pay for overtime allowance / less appraisals Hike - Variable pay is just a number (they provide less out of that, it’s just a trap) - when it comes to monetary benefits they just tell budget crunches for project. - forcing you to come to office from home location (As there is no value addition and not consider your family dependency)

Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

Dislikes

... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Salary is not as per Market Correction. New employees getting good package but old employees getting lesser than them. Promotions are delayed due to top management.

I worked for 2 Project as a Project Manager during this 2 years but the politics was on top level. Unnecessary demand like start your development certification (why a functional PM will do that until unless Project required). Biased Promotion, Every time your manager will push you to promote someone who are not deserving candidate. If you ask for your growth, they will furious and take action unnecessary. You will work under a high pressure when your project don't demand that much headache. Only managers are worst, they don't have any skill set even on Excel sheet.
