Experience was too good. Teammates and manger were supportive. Company provides lot of certifications programmes and that will improve skills. Good salary and will get reasonable hikes depends on your contribution.

...ure is its work life balance policy. They will not think empolyee personal life. I used to work for 12 hrs day sometimes but they will not give extra pay for the work

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
