There no career growth after level 11, no appraisal or bonus, the variable which they mention in CTC they only give 70 % of it. And last but not the least cafeteria is worst.

Working culture at Accenture is very good.Being MNC Accenture follows everything under process. Hence working gets become much smoother.

Policy of extending Variable pay instead of getting it involved into your CTC.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion
