No good compensation even may get 0 percentage hike depends on project and budgets no matter how much effort you had put for successful project golive. Too much politics at higher levels.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
