Job security is there, and great learning in some of the projects. Leave policy is good.

Dislikes

Favoritism with higher management. Higher management is given more power, no action on grievances, career growth stops due to favoritism, My salary was reduced after one year of joining Accenture. Appraisals has no transparency. I was given 0 % hike and 0% variable pay because of personal conflict with delivery manager. No work life balance. Manager shamelessly ask for working for 14-16 hours. No opportunity for learning. So much politics for onsite.

Management is extremely toxic. There is no hike within the company since last 2 years. No WLB. Sick leaves depend on state your office is in. For West Bengal, it follows state policy. For everything, you have to beg the management. Even for returning the laptop on LWD you have to constantly ask your manager to approve your laptop submission request. New projects that Accenture is getting are not good. The quality is gone. Earlier Accenture used to at the top of all service based companies in terms of employee satisfaction but the management has made the environment extremely toxic. People work 14 hours a day here and no one questions it. It seems to have become a norm now.

Nothing much to mention bust just a workplace and machanical life without boundaries for the work timings.

Work life balance is limited, no perks, no divali bonus, no proper devices as necessary for the work to be done, diverse region team and if manager is from north India then definitely racism only benifits to north India PPL that too favourite, No proper hikes, no proper leave management and not approving time for the training. Only approves 1/2 days training but conducts training for 1week-15days which only bench or PPL who balance both work and training will be attending. Lot of racism with the regional managers and TL.

The job is secure & your promotion as well as bonus will depend upon your manager. If you are good sucker then they will give you everything else nothing.

Dislikes

The politics, support projects which are of type L3&L4 and the work which can be done by a 12th pas guy is being done by a hard code coders. The managers won't let you change the project even you give them plenty of reasons. Terrible work experience.

1. Good Salesforce Projects as the being largest practice. 2. Good salary as compared to other service based IT companies in India. 3. Good learning & certification opportunities.

Dislikes

1. Can be allocated to more than one project at a single time resulting in conflicts. 2. Very less on-site opportunities. 3. Can be allocated to any working shift hampering work-life balance.
