Lots of opportunities to learn and improve skills and earn numerous paid certifications. Good manager and humble behavior of seniors. All the help is just one Email away and seniors are just one Ping away.

Salary is quite less if WFH ends. Hectic working hours. Somedays you might have to work for 12 straight hours. Understanding policies are quite tough and transparency is not good unless you ask every details in specific.

The company has a lot of projects. So being in the right project could be really good for one’s career.

...unts is terrible. 300 people are hired for a job that needs only 120-130 people. Hence, poor appraisal, not more than 7-8% variable payouts, weekend work without compensation, these are all very common. But yes this is all project specific. There are some good projects as well.

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.

WFH is one thing that is helpful. Work life balance is okay depending on the team you are in. There is a good learning opportunity. Overall a good company to start your career in.

Dislikes

No Salary hikes and appraisals in past two years which is demoralizing. No appreciation for the hard work done. No one to one communication with managers regarding appraisals.
