Projects with long term roles. Your growth will be good if you stays in same project . Free transport and on call,transport allowances will be provided in case you are working in shifts.

Dislikes

Rating and variable pay highly dependent on the project Manager. Not enough acknowledgements for good work. If you thrown out of project for any reason (in few cases) it impact rating and delays next level promotions.

Dislikes

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.
